SHIPPING POLICY

How is shipping done?

The order is shipped and sent through a local logistics shipping company, which is a company specialized in sending orders in a manner consistent with the product sent so that it reaches the buyer in a safe and complete manner

How long does it take to deliver the order?

The expected time period for the order to arrive is between 1 day and 14 working days (holidays and holidays are not counted)
X Supplements is not responsible for the delay in receiving the product if there is a delay of more than 14 days, due to the possibility of other circumstances that may affect the shipping and sending of the order within the expected time period to obtain the product

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Product Replacement / Return Terms:
A food supplement product cannot be returned upon receipt by the buyer because the product (food supplement) may be damaged due to excessive heat or cold by the buyer (recipient) as a result of being placed in unhealthy climatic conditions and not being preserved by the recipient and may become unusable, therefore X Supplements bears no responsibility for this and the product cannot be returned after receiving it at all

Who bears the costs of replacement and return?

If you receive a product other than the product you ordered, we will cover the shipping, return and replacement costs

If there is no error or defect in the product but you no longer want it for any other reason, the product cannot be returned and X Supplements bears no responsibility for this

When does the amount arrive in the event of a return request?

The refund process takes a maximum of 15 working days from the date X Supplements receives the product in its warehouse to request a return after that

When does the product arrive to you in the event of a replacement request?

Within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the site (X for Supplements) of the product in a sound and complete condition as sent and without opening or using it or causing any damage to the product or packaging box
If there is no error or defect in the product but you no longer want it for any other reason other than that, the product cannot be returned and X for Supplements does not bear any responsibility for that

Note:
It is not possible to replace or return any product or order without any convincing reason for the return. The reason for returning the product must be stated
