SHIPPING POLICY

How is shipping done?

Orders are shipped via a local shipping company that specializes in ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition and intact.
 

How long does shipping take?

The estimated delivery time is between 1 and 14 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). The business is not responsible for delays exceeding 14 days, as unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping and delivery times.

Cancellation or exchange policy

1. A user who has chosen to purchase a product (hereinafter: the "Purchaser") on the Site is obliged to inspect the product he purchased immediately upon receipt.
 

2. The purchaser will be entitled to exchange or return a product in accordance with the provisions of this Product Return Policy, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the "Law") and the procedures of the Ministry of Health.
 

3. For the avoidance of doubt, the return of products that consumer protection laws and various procedures of the Ministry of Health prohibit the return of will not be possible, such as: perishable goods, medicines, nutritional supplements, food products, goods that were custom-made and especially for the purchaser following the transaction, etc., except in cases of an error in delivery or poor transport conditions.
An order that has been sent and delivered – cannot be changed and/or canceled.
 

4. If the order is cancelled due to a defect in the product provided to the customer, due to a discrepancy between the product and the details provided to the customer regarding the product's features, or due to another breach of the order by the business:

* The customer will act to cancel the order as soon as possible in one of the ways specified in section 5.1 below.

The customer will have the right to cancel for 14 days, starting from the date of the transaction and up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of written confirmation of the transaction and its terms, whichever is later.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, people with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants are entitled to cancel a transaction within 4 months from the date of the transaction, receipt of the product or the document summarizing the details of the transaction.

* The customer will be credited upon completion of the processing of the request within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request.

* The customer must return the product to the business.

The product will be returned in coordination with the collection of the product from the customer's home (insofar as the product was provided by delivery).

* Upon crediting, the customer will be given a copy of the cancellation notice as aforesaid (and no cancellation fees will be charged to the customer).
 

5. If the order is cancelled for reasons other than a defect, a discrepancy between the product or service and the details provided to the customer regarding the product's features, or due to another breach of the order by the business:

* The customer will act to cancel the order as soon as possible in one of the ways detailed in section 5.1 below. The customer will have the right to cancel for 14 days, starting from the date of making the transaction and up to 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving written confirmation of the transaction and its terms, whichever is later. Notwithstanding the foregoing, people with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants are entitled to cancel a transaction within 4 months from the date of making the transaction, receiving the product or the document summarizing the details of the transaction.

* The customer will be credited upon completion of the processing of the request within 14 days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
The return of the product will be made in coordination with the collection of the product from the customer's home.
The cost of returning the product to the business will be borne by the purchaser and will be paid by him.

* Upon credit, the customer will be given a copy of the cancellation notice as stated, and the customer will be charged an order cancellation fee of a maximum of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, without detracting from the business's other rights in accordance with the provisions of the law.
 

5.1 The order will be canceled in one of the following ways: By sending a verbal cancellation notice - by phone call via WhatsApp to the business's customer service at +972527847583, or via the "Contact" page on the website, or via email at XSUPPLEMENTSS@GMAIL.COM.
 

5.2 In the cancellation notice, the customer will provide the business with the following details: their full name, ID card, product name, date of purchase and means of communication with them. Also, in any case of cancellation of a transaction, the purchaser will be required to present to the business in the cancellation notice, in addition to the details specified above, a copy of the invoice or receipt, cash register tape, or exchange slip indicating the actual execution of the transaction with the business or - to the extent that the customer indicates that they do not have it, any other proof, to the satisfaction of the business, regarding the actual execution of the transaction, its date, the amount paid for it and the means of payment.
 

5.3 After sending the order cancellation notice, a representative Customer service will contact the customer to continue the order cancellation process.
