Directions for Use

Take two softgels twice daily with food. Ingredients

Softgel capsule [bovine gelatin (from BSE-free cows), glycerin, and water] and d-alpha tocopherol.

Contains fish (anchovy, sardines, and tuna).

d-alpha tocopherol from non-GMO soy.
